The Kongsvinger Hickory Committee has announced the second hickory golf tournament in modern times in Norway, 27-28 August 2022 at Kongsvingers Golf Club. 

The first day of the Liermoen Hickory Golf Tournaments will feature Peter Nordwall’s Hickory Challenge: front nine, Greensome Foursome; back nine, Fourball Bestball 18-hole Stableford with hickory handicap … followed by a tournament dinner. The second day will be 18 holes stroke play, the Liermoen Hickory Invitational, followed by lunch and a prize ceremony.

The invitation is open to all golfers with a valid golf club membership; the competition will be played with hickory clubs from before the Second World War, or older, and dress code accordingly is recommended.
