The NorCal Hickory group invites all hickory players to its 5th annual Monterey Hickory Classic on the Monterey Peninsula. It’s a three-day match play event complete with stymies and play with the McIntyre Ouimet or comparable ball.

The Monterey Pines GC is the venue for Friday; Pacific Groves Golf Links for Saturday; and the Old Del Monte GC on Sunday.

Sunday, May 6 is also the celebration of National Hickory Golf Day.

It’s only $190 for three days of golf, prizes, and awards, plus a sleeve of commemorative McIntyre golf balls.
