Sunday, Sept. 10 – Practice Round Day
Lunch on your own before you arrive.
Registration begins at 11 a.m. and will be open all day.
Bring your clubs to registration for inspection and compliance with SoHG equipment rules.
1:30 p.m. – Shotgun start. Light snacks & beverages available at Halfway House.
7 p.m. – Welcome Cocktail Party, open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres – Main Lobby
Trade Show – Main Lobby
Monday, Sept. 11 – Opening Round
7 -9:30 a.m. – Continental Breakfast – Upper Terrace.
Practice Facilities Open
8-11:30 a.m. – Tee times off No.1
BBQ lunch at turn. Bluestone patio area.
Complimentary snacks, beer, wine at Halfway House between 9th and 10th tee.
6-7 p.m. – Open bar cocktail hour with hors d’oevres. Bluestone patio area.
7 p.m. – Formal dinner with open bar and complimentary wine on each table. Main dining room.
Tuesday, Sept. 12 – Final Round
7 -9:30 a.m. – Continental Breakfast – Upper Terrace

Complimentary snacks, beer, wine at Halfway House.
After golf – BBQ lunch, awards ceremony, open bar. Bluestone patio area.
Fee includes unlimited use of locker rooms and practice facilities.
Participants, spouses and guests are offered complimentary use of Inwood’s Beach Club.
Caddies – Forecaddies are strongly recommended for each group. Expect $40 per player, per group. A limited number of caddies for individual golfers are available at $80 per round (plus $20 tip). Please check line on the application sheet to request an individual caddie. Based upon availability.
