Revisions to the Bylaws will be proposed from time to time as current Board members attempt to keep them current and applicable to the changing needs of the membership. The PDF, below, begins with a summary of the proposed revisions along with the complete Bylaws themselves.

The proposed revisions, including one for fostering geographic diversity on the Board, are intended to create a more viable Society, one that is more transparent, and one capable of serving its membership and the expansion of hickory golf.

Members will be able to vote on the Bylaws revision proposal from March 1-31.
