Tournament Information

The 19th National Hickory Championship has been announced for June 9-11. NHC’s chief organizer and founder, Pete Goergiady, has distributed the entry form, below, as well as information on the evnet, hotels, rules, equipment, dress, and all other good stuff pertinent to the championship.

The NHC is one of the most authentic of hickory golf events, played to as-authentic-as-possible 19th-century conditions.

Best thing to do is click on the link below for the PDf which explains all. If you have not played in the NHC, “you must go,” (as Gary Player says of the World Golf Hall of Fame). It is an event not to be missed at least one in a hickory golfer’s playing career. There are several who have become long-time players and many who have never missed one.
