The world certainly saw its challenges in 2021 –political strife, warfare, Covid, and climate change among them. We are very fortunate, this global hickory golf community, to face our challenges on fairways and greens. However else the great disturbances of the world might have touched us, at least many of us had an opportunity for a bit of peace with our friends on our favorite golf courses. For that, we should all be very grateful.
The attached report (click on the link below) is not meant to be comprehensive, there are far more local and regional events than we could possibly cover; rather it attempts to provide a glimpse of the world hickory golf community through a report on some of the more established tournaments and championships of the past year.
