One of the earliest hickory golf events, the Southern Hickory Four Ball Championship is a must-play event on the hickory golf calendar. Be sure to check your calendar, too, as the event is a little earlier in 2019. Event host Tad Moore adjusted the dates to avoid the Easter weekend which, in 2019, would have fallen on his customary tournament dates. The tournament is played on the Highland Park Golf Course in Birmingham, Ala., the event is especially enjoyed for its southern hospitality. This is the second of the major CS events on the calendar for 2018-19.
